Pagtatayo ng Imelda Hospital sa Zamboanga Sibugay, malapit nang matapos

Inanunsiyo ni Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary at Chief Isolation Czar Mark Villar na malapit nang matapos ang konstruksyon ng Imelda District Hospital sa Zamboanga Sibugay.

Target makumpleto ang naturang proyekto sa buwan ng Hulyo.

“We are fast-tracking the construction of this public hospital so that those who require medical care no longer have to bear long drives to reach hospitals,” pahayag ng kalihim.

Makatutulong aniya ang proyekto para sa COVID-19 response sa nasabing lugar.

Ayon naman kay DPWH Regional Office 9 Director Cayamombao Dia, nasa 93.14 porsyento na ang progreso ng phase 2 para sa konstrukyon ng district hospital sa bahagi ng Barangay Santa Barbara sa Imelda.

Itinulak ang nasabing proyekto upang masolusyunan ang limitadong access sa medical services sa lugar.

Oras na makumpleto, magbebenepisyo rin sa bagong Imelda District Hospital ang mga katabing munisipalidad.

Aabot sa P49.4 milyon ang pondo sa proyekto na nasa ilalim ng Zamboanga Sibugay 1st District Engineering Office (DEO).
