PNP, nakiramay sa pagpanaw ni dating Pang. Noynoy Aquino
Nakiisa ang Philippine National Police (PNP) sa pakikidalamhati ng bansa sa pagpanaw ni dating Pangulong Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.
“On behalf of the more than 220,000-strong Philippine National Police, ipinapaabot ko ang taus-pusong pakikiramay sa kaniyang pamilya,” saad ni PNP Chief Guillermo Eleazar sa inilabas na pahayag.
Binanggit ni Eleazar na bilang dating Commander-in-Chief, naging malaki ang papel ng dating Pangulo upang mapalakas ang pambansang pulisya.
“As our former Commander-in-Chief, he played a key role in instituting reforms and improving the operational capability of the national police force to better serve the Filipino people and maintain peace and order in the country,” ani Eleazar.
Inanunsiyo ng pamilya Aquino na pumanaw ang dating Punong Ehekutibo bandang 6:30, Huwebes ng umaga.
Base sa death certificate nito, nasawi ang ika-15 pangulo ng Pilipinas bunsod ng renal disease secondary to diabetes sa edad na 61.
