Philippine Olympic bet Kristina Marie Knott positibo sa COVID 19

Kasabay ng anunsiyo na mapapabilang siya sa Philippine Olympic team na sasabak sa 2020 Tokyo Olympics ay nakumpirma naman na positibo sa COVID 19 si sprinter Kristina Marie Knott.

Si Philip Ella Juico, presidente ng Philippine Athletics Track and Field Asso., ang nag-anunsiyo ng pagkakasakit ni Knott.

Nabatid na fully vaccinated na ang 2019 SEA Games gold medalist at ito ay asymptomatic.

Kasalukuyan na rin naka-quarantine ang 25-anyos na si Knott, na produkto ng University of Miami.

Magugunita na hawak niya ang Philippine at SEA Games record sa 200-meter event sa naitala niyang 23.01 seconds.

Nag-qualify siya sa Olympics sa pamamagitan ng kanyang puwesto sa 200-meter sa World Athletics.
