Ayon sa Phivolcs, nasukat ang lindol sa layong 56 kilometro Timog-Silangan ng Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental.
Mayroon itong 122 kilometrong lalim at tectonic ang pinagmulan.
Wala namang naiulat na intensity sa nasabing paggalaw ng lupa.
