Koryanong wanted dahil sa swindling, ipapa-deport ng BI

Nakatakdang ipa-deport ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang isang South Korean national na wanted sa Seoul dahil sa swindling at defrauding sa apat na kasamahan.

Nakilala ang dayuhang pugange na si Kim Byunggon, 41-anyos.

Noong June 2, nahuli ng mga operatiba ng
BI Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) ang dayuhan sa loob ng isang mall sa Barangag Apas, Cebu City.

Kasunod ito ng nilabas na mission order ni BI Commissioner Jaime Morente matapos humiling ang mga awtoridad sa South Korea.

Inaresto at ipapa-deport si Kim dahil sa hinaharap na kasong large-scale fraud.

Napag-alaman ding overstaying alien at undocumented na si Kim dahil sa pagbawi ng kanyang pasaporte.

“We will thus deport him for being an overstaying, undocumented, and undesirable alien. He will be placed on our immigration blacklist to prevent him from re-entering the country,” ani Morente.

Sa ngayon, nakakulong si Kim sa BI Detention Facility isa Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City.
