Nag-isyu ng Warrant of Seizure and Detention (WSD) sa naturang shipment na tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng P16 milyon.
Magsasagawa ng imbestigasyon at posibleng pagsasampa ng kaso dahil sa posibleng paglabag sa Section 1400 na may kinalaman sa Section 1113 ng Republic Act (RA) No. 10863 o Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA) at dahil sa kakulangan ng Authority to Import mula sa Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
