PAGASA, may namataang LPA na nakapaloob sa ITCZ

Namataan ng PAGASA ang isang low pressure area (LPA) sa loob ng teritoryo ng bansa.

Ayon kay PAGASA weather specialist Chris Perez, nakapaloob ang LPA sa Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Huling namataan ang LPA sa layong 350 kilometers Silangan Timog-Silangan ng Borongan City, Eastern Samar dakong 3:00 ng hapon.

Bunsod nito, makararanas ng pag-ulan, pagkidlat at pagkulog sa Eastern Visayas, Surigao provinces.

Samantala, patuloy na nakakaapekto ang Southwest Monsoon o Habagat ang Kanlurang bahagi ng Luzon.

Magdudulot ang nasabing weather system ng maulap na kalangitan at kalat-kalat na pag-ulan, pagkidlat at pagkulog sa Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Zambales at Bataan, Mindoro provinces, Palawan at Metro Manila.

Magiging mainit naman ang panahon sa natitirang bahagi ng bansa maliban sa mga panandaliang pag-ulan dulot ng localized thunderstorms.
