Itinalaga ng Kamara si House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco bilang caretaker ng ikalawang distrito ng Antipolo.
Kasunod ito ng pagpanaw ni Antipolo City Rep. Resurreccion Acop.
Inihalal si Velasco bago ang sine die adjournment.
Noong May 28 pumanaw ang kongresista matapos magkaroon ng kumplikasyon dahil sa COVID-19 sa edad na 73.
