Pagbili at rollout COVID-19 vaccine pinabibilisan sa gobyerno
Kinalampag ni Anakalusugan Rep. Mike Defensor sa pamahalaan ang procurement at rollout ng COVID-19 vaccine.
Kasunod ito ng anunsyo ng Philippine Red Cross (PRC) na nakabili sila ng 200,000 doses ng Moderna COVID-19 vaccine kung saan 1,500 doses nito ay inaasahang darating sa Hunyo.
Ayon kay Defensor, kung nagawang makipag-negosasyon ng PRC at makakuha ng bakuna sa madaling panahon ay higit dapat na mas mabilis ang procurement ng pamahalaan dahil direkta na ang negosasyon nito sa vaccine manufacturer.
Upang makamit ang herd immunity kailangan ay mabilis at maayos ang vaccine roll out ng bansa.
