Franchise renewal ng Dito Telecommunity, inaprubahan ni Pangulong Duterte

Inaprubahan na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang franchise renewal ng kompanyang Dito Telecommunity.

Base sa Republic Act 11537 na nilagdaan ng Pangulo, 25 taon ang prangkisa ng Dito.

Ang Dito ay ang third telco player na pag-aari ng Filipinong negosyanteng si Dennis Uy at China Telecom.

Matatandaang pinagbantaan ni Pangulong Duterte ang Globe at Smart na ayusin ang serbisyo sa publiko.

Kapag kasi hindi aniya inayos ang serbisyo, papasukin niya ang third telco player.

Nagbanta rin ang Pangulo na babawiin ng pamahalaan ang pangangasiwa sa Globe at Smart kapag hindi naayos ang serbisyo.
