Korte sa mga lugar na isasailalim sa GCQ, bubuksan na simula sa May 17
Pinabubuksan na ng Korte Suprema ang lahat ng korte sa mga lugar na isasailalim sa General Community Quarantine (GCQ) simula sa May 17.
Base sa administrative circular no. 33-2021 na pirmado ni Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo, bubuksan ang mga korte na may skeleton force mula 30 hanggang 50 porsyento.
“The judges in the above areas may conduct fully-remote videoconferencing hearings during this time, with notice to the Office of the Court Administrator, provided they will be within their respective judicial territorial region,” saad pa rito.
Ayon sa Korte Suprema, mananatili namang sarado ang mga korte sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) at Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) sa buong panahon nito.
Inabisuhan naman ang lahat ng mahistrado, hukom, court personnel at court users na panatilihin ang pagsunod sa safety protocols.
Epektibo ang GCQ sa National Capital Region, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna at Rizal, kasama ang iba pang lungsod at probinsya simula May 15 hanggang 31, 2021.
