Ayon kay Presidential Communications Undersecretary Joel Egco, isa sa mga tagapagsalita ng NTF-ELCAC, bukod sa mga national spokespersons, magkakaroon na rin sila ng tagapagsalita sa bawat rehiyon.
Sa kasalukuyan, walo na ang mga tagapagsalita ng NTC-ELCAC.

Sinabi ni Egco na walang sweldo na matatanggap ang mga tagapagsalita ng NTF-ELCAC sa mga rehiyon.
