Inihanay na ng Anti-Terrorism Council (ATC) sa mga terorista sa bansa si Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founder Jose Ma. Sison base sa nakasaad sa Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020.

Kasama din sa kinikilala ng terorista ang 18 opisyal at miyembro ng central committee ng CPP at New People’s Army (NPA).

“The Central Committee(,) as the highest decision- and policy-making body of the CPP, also leads and commands the NPA – its main weapon in attaining the Party’s goal of overthrowing the duly elected government by seizing and consolidating political power through violent means,” ang mababasa sa Resolution 17 na pinirmahan  ni ATC chairman, Exec. Sec. Salvador Medialdea.

US, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada at New Zealand.
