‘COVID 19 hotspots’ dapat unahin sa bakuna sabi ni Speaker Lord Velasco
Iginiit ni House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco sa Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) na gawing prayoridad sa COVID-19 vaccine rollout ang NCR Plus bubble at iba pang mga lugar na may mataas na kaso ng COVID-19.
Sinabi ni Velasco mainam kung ipapasok sa prayoridad sa vaccine rollout ang Mega Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro at iba pang lugar upang mapigilan ang lalo pang pagkalat ng naturang sakit.
“As we await large supplies of vaccines to come in, we urge the IATF to prioritize NCR Plus and other urban centers in our vaccine rollout so we can quell the surge in new infections in those areas,” giit ni Velasco.
Gayunman, sabi ng lider ng Kamara dapat gawin ito matapos mabakunahan ang nasa 1.7 milyong health care workers sa bansa.
Dapat aniya maging ‘strategic’ ang diskarte ng gobyerno laban sa COVID-19 hanggang sa maging stable o dumating na sa bansa ang mas maraming suplay ng mga bakuna.
