Dalawang residente na pumunta sa community pantry na inorganisa ni Angel Locsin, positibo sa COVID-19
Iniulat ng City Epidemiology and Disease Surveillance Unit (CESU) na nagpositibo sa COVID-19 ang dalawang residente na pumunta sa community pantry na inorganisa ng aktres na si Angel Locsin sa Quezon City noong April 28.
Ang mga babaeng pasyente ay may edad 42-anyos at 43-anyos na kapwa nakatira sa Barangay Holy Spirit, kung saan isinagawa ang community pantry.
Ayon kay CESU Chief Dr. Rolando Cruz, positibo rin sa nakakahawang sakit ang 11-anyos na anak na babae ng isa sa mga pasyente.
Hindi kasama ang menor de edad nang pumunta sa community pantry ngunit nakakaramdam ng mga sintomas ng COVID-19.
Ani Cruz, dadalhin ang mga residente sa isa sa mga isolation facility sa lungsod para matutukan.
“We will conduct immediate contact tracing to other members of their families to check if they are also infected with the virus,” pahayag nito.
Hanggang April 29, nagsagawa ang CESU ng swab testing sa 62 pang indibiduwal na pumunta sa naturang community pantry.
Sa ngayon, hinihintay pa ang resulta ng mga swab test.
“We are urging those who went to last week’s gathering, please contact us and have yourself tested. This way, we can be assured that your families and our communities are safe,” ani Cruz.
