Humingi ng paumanhin si Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla makaraang matawag na ‘Filipino hero’ si Ferdinand Magellan.

Batay ito sa post sa kaniyang Facebook account para sa ika-500 anibersaryo ng Victory of Mactan.

Umani ng batikos mula sa netizens ang post na ito.

“An intern in our social media team posted the caption to our meme without first clearing it,” paliwanag ni Revilla.

“Again, my sincerest apologies to our Cebuano kababayans and to all Filipinos,” dagdag pa nito.
