1 patay, 3 sugatan sa pagbagsak ng PAF chopper sa Bohol
Nasawi ang isang piloto sa pagbagsak ng Philippine Air Force (PAF) MG 520 helicopter sa Jetafe, Bohol araw ng Martes.
“The AFP Chief General Cirilito Sobejana is saddened by the report of the demise of one of our Philippine Air Force (PAF) pilots who succumbed in a crash landing of a PAF MG 520 helicopter today 27 April 2021 in Jetafe, Bohol,” saad sa inilabas na pahayag ng Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Nakaligtas naman ang co-pilot ng nasawi at dalawa pang miyembro ng crew sa aksidente.
Nagpapagamot na ang mga nasugatan sa isang medical facility sa bayan ng Talibon.
Sinabi ng AFP na magsasagawa ng imbestigasyon ang PAF sa nangyaring aksidente.
Nagparating naman ng pakikiramay ang AFP sa naiwang pamilya, kaibigan at mga kasamahan ng nasawing piloto.
“We send our sincerest condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues as we offer our support in any way we can,” dagdag nito.
