Communications Usec. Badoy sablay sa ‘accounting call’ sa community pantries, sabi ni Sen. Win Gatchalian
Iginiit ni Senator Sherwin Gatchalian na walang karapatan si Presidential Communications Undersecretary Lorraine Badoy na hingiin ang accounting ng mga donasyon sa mga community pantry.
“Usec. Badoy has no business and has no right to demand on the accountability in so far as a community pantry is concerned. This is purely private matter,” sabi ni Gatchalian.
Dagdag pa ni Gatchalian ang mga nagpapasimuno ng mga community pantry ay may pananagutan sa kanilang donors, na aniya ay hindi naman magbibigay tulong sa mga hindi nila kilala.
“So let them operate on its own. Government cannot step in to this matter because its none of our business. It’s a private matter,”dagdag pa ng senador.
Hindi na pinagsasalita ni National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon si Badoy maging ang kapwa niya tagapagsalita ng NTF-ELCAC na si Lt. Gen. Antonio Parlade Jr., ukol sa pagsulputan ng community pantries.
