53 pang overseas Filipinos, nagpositibo sa COVID-19

May 53 bagong napaulat na nagpositibong Filipino sa COVID-19 sa ibang bansa.

Sa datos ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) hanggang April 22, nasa 18,218 na ang mga kumpirmadong positibo sa COVID-19 na Filipino mula sa 91 na bansa at rehiyon.

Sa nasabing bilang, 5,915 ang patuloy na nagpapagamot sa iba’t ibang ospital.

Nasa 19 naman ang bagong gumaling kung kaya 11,181 na ang overseas Filipinos na naka-recover sa nakakahawang sakit o na-discharge na sa ospital.

Isa naman ang bagong napaulat na nasawi.

Dahil dito, 1,122 na ang COVID-19 related deaths sa mga Filipino abroad.

Pinakamarami pa ring naitalang confirmed COVID-19 positive na OF sa bahagi ng Middle East/Africa na may 10,436 na kaso.

Sumunod dito ang Europa na may 3,341 confirmed COVID-19 positive cases na OF.

Nasa 945 naman ang kaso sa Americas at 3,496 sa Asia Pacific Region.

Tiniyak ng DFA na sa pamamagitan ng Foreign Service Posts, tututukan ang lagay ng mga Pinoy sa ibang bansa at handang umasiste sa mga Filipino na apektado ng COVID-19 pandemic.
