Pumanaw na si dating Interior Undersecretary Wencelito Andanar sa edad na 73.

Ayon kay Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, pumanaw ang kanyang ama dahil sa liver cancer.

Namatay ang nakatatandang Andanar sa Veterans Memorial Medical Center sa Quezon City.

Nagsilbing undersecretary ng DILG si Andanar noong panahon ni dating Pangulong Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
