Queen Elizabeth, nagpasalamat sa mga nagpadala ng mensahe ng pakikiramay sa pagpanaw ni Prince Philip
Sa araw ng kaniyang kaarawan, nagparating ng pasasalamat si Queen Elizabeth sa mga nagpadala ng mensahe ng pakikiramay ng kaniyang asawa na si Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
“While as a family we are in a period of great sadness, it has been a comfort to us all to see and to hear the tributes paid to my husband, from those within the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth and around the world,” pahayag ni Queen Elizabeth.
Nagpapasalamat aniya sila sa lahat ng suporta at kabutihan na ipinaparating sa kanila sa mga nakalipas na araw.
“We have been deeply touched, and continue to be reminded that Philip has such an extraordinary impact on countless people throughout his life,” saad pa nito.
Ipinagdiwang ni Queen Elizabeth ang kanyang ika-95 kaarawan.
Walang naging public celebration para ipagdiwang ang kaarawan ni Queen Elizabeth dahil nito lamang April 17, inilibing si Prince Philip.
Pumanaw si Prince Philip noong April 9 sa edad na 99.
