Nasa 163,665 katao o 42,102 pamilya ang apektado ng Bagyong Bising sa Bicol region at Eastern Visayas.
Batay ito sa Department of Social Welfare and Development – Disaster Response Operations Monitoring and Information Center (DSWD DROMIC) report bandang 6:00, Martes ng gabi.
Nakasaad pa sa datos na 23,941 katao o 5,645 pamilya ang nananatili sa loob ng evacuation centers.
52 bahay naman ang totally damaged habang 468 ang partially damaged.
Sinabi rin ng DSWD DROMIC na aabot sa P171,156.20 tulong na ang naihatid ng kagawaran at local government units.
Sa ngayon, mabagal ang pagkilos ng bagyo sa Silangang bahagi ng Aurora.
Ilang lugar pa rin ang nakataas sa Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 2 at 1.
