Pagtatayo ng bagong field hospital para sa COVID-19 patients sa Maynila, sinimulan na

Sinimulan na ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Maynila ang pagpapatayo ng bagong field hospital para sa mga nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Ayon kay Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, itatayo ang field hospital sa Luneta Park at mayroong bed capacity na 336.

“We have some way of how to heed the call of the national government para ma-unclog ang ating hospital capacity at mabawasan ang mga insidenteng namamatay sa triage or tent or parking space,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.

Hindi aniya susuko ang lokal na pamahalaan para tuluyang matuldukan na ang pandemya sa COVID-19.

Aabot sa P154 milyon ang pondo para sa field hospital.

Target itong matapos sa loob lamang ng dalawang buwan.

Ayon kay Mayor Isko, kung kakailanganin, maaring magdagdag ng 100 beds ang field hospital.

Mayroong 150 medical frontliners ang itatayong field hospital para i-monitor ang mga pasyente.
