Higit 300 railway personnel, gumaling na sa COVID-19

Umabot na sa 332 rail service personnel ang naka-recover sa COVID-19.

Sa datos hanggang 5:00, Sabado ng hapon (April 18), 5,532 railway personnel na ang sumailalim sa COVID-19 testing.

Sa 1,001 LRT-1 personnel na nasuri, 49 ang nagpositibo habang 112 ang gumaling.

Sa LRT-2 naman, 1,933 ang nakapagpasuri na kung saan 235 ang tinamaan at 93 ang naka-recover sa nakakahawang sakit.

Sa 1,315 tauhan ng MRT-3, 175 ang nagpositibo habang 98 ang gumaling na.

Samantala, 221 naman ang tinamaan at 29 ang naka-recover sa nasuring 1,283 PNR personnel.

Matatandaang ipinag-utos ni Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade ang mass testing sa lahat ng railway personnel upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga commuter at maiwasan ang pagkalat ng COVID-19.
