Suspensyon ng operasyon ng LRT-1, hindi na tuloy sa Abril 24 – 25
Hindi na isususpinde ang operasyon ng Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) sa Abril 24 hanggang 25, 2021.
Paliwanag ng Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC), karamihan sa inilatag na maintenance works ay nakumpleto na bago ang nasabing iskedyul.
Matatandaang inanunsiyo ng LRMC na itutuloy sa dalawang weekend ng Abril ang nasimulang maintenance sa mga tren, istasyon at ilang sistema kabilang ang overhead catenary system noong Holy Week.
“We recognize the role of public transport in ensuring the mobility of essential services and understand the needs of our commuters this pandemic,” pahayag ni LRMC Chief Operating Officer Enrico Benipayo at aniya pa, “Our Engineering team did their best to accelerate and compress activities through improved planning and coordination.”
Wala namang magiging pagbabago sa service schedule ng LRT-1.
