P50-M halaga ng COVID-19 vaccine ng Novovax, binili ng Kamara

Nasa P50 milyong halaga ng bakuna kontra COVID-19 ng Novovax mula sa Serum Institute ng India ang in-order ng Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso.

Ayon kay Bataan Rep. at HREP CongVax Head Joet Garcia, katumbas ang nasabing halaga ng 60,000 doses ng bakuna para sa mga empleyado at miyembro ng pamilya.

Umaasa naman si Garcia na walang magiging delay sa pag-deliver ng COVID-19 vaccines ng Kamara.

Tiniyak naman umano sa kanya ng distributor na tuloy ang schedule sa pagdating ng Novovax sa July.

Pasok naman sa vaccination program ng Mababang Kapulungan ang mga kawani, permanent man o contractual, Congressional Staff, mga empleyado ng Commission on Audit (COA), Civil Service Commission (CSC), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO), Landbank of the Philippines, Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), HRep Cooperative, Mutual Aid Association (MAA) at media na nakatalaga sa Kamara.
