Media workers kasama na sa A4 priority list ng vaccination program
Kasama na ngayon sa A4 priority list ng gobyerno ang pagbabakuna kontra COVID-19 sa mga kagawad ng media.
Ito ay matapos aprubahan ng COVID-19 task force ang hirit ni Senador Bong Go na isama sa mga prayoridad ng mga babakunahan ang mga kagawad ng media dahil sa kanilang trabaho.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, bukod sa mga kagawad ng media, kasama rin sa A4 priority list ang mga nagtatrabaho sa sektor ng transportasyon gaya ng land, air at sea, market vendors, religious leaders, overseas Filipino workers.
Kasama rin ang frontline workers sa groceries, supermarkets, delivery services; mga nagtatrabaho sa manufacturing for food, beverage, medical at pharmaceutical products.
Nasa A4 priority list din ang frontline workers sa food retail, kasama na ang food service delivery; frontline workers sa private at government financial services; frontline workers sa hotels at accommodation establishments; mga pari, rabbis, imams, at iba pang religious leaders; security guards/ personnel assigned sa offices, agencies, at organizations na identified sa list of priority industries/sectors; customer-facing personnel sa telecoms, cable at internet service providers, electricity distribution at water distribution utilities; frontline personnel sa basic education at higher education institutions and agencies.
Kasama rin sa A4 priority list ang frontline workers sa law/justice, security, at social protection sectors; frontline government workers na engaged sa operations ng government transport system, quarantine inspection; worker safety inspection at iba pang COVID-19 response activities; frontline government workers na in charge sa tax collection, assessment of businesses for incentives, election, national ID, data collection personnel; diplomatic community at Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) personnel sa consular operations; at Department of Public Works and Highways personnel na in charge sa monitoring ng government infrastructure projects
