Kasama sa inagurasyon ang iba pang opisyal ng DOTr kasama sina Chief of Staff and Assistant Secretary for Procurement and Project Implementation Giovanni Lopez, at Assistant Secretary for Communications at Commuter Affairs Goddes Hope Libiran.
