Ayon sa Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB), kasunod ito ng pag-apruba ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-EID) sa kahilingan ng Region 6, base sa rekomendasyon ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Sakop nito ang inbound passenger travel mula sa National Capital Region, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Cebu City at Davao City.
Epektibo ang suspensyon hanggang sa araw ng Sabado, April 10.
“Airlines are advised to communicate with the concerned LGUs having jurisdiction over the airports concerned to ensure proper coordination specifically on the restrictions and requirements in place in the intended destination,” saad pa ng CAB.
