SBMA health frontliners naturukan na ng anti-COVID 19 vaccine

May dagdag proteksyon na  ang 78 kawani ng Public Health and Safety Group ng Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) matapos silang  maturukan ng anti-COVID 19 vaccine.

Sinabi ni SBMA Chairmperson and Administrator Wilma Eisma naikasa ang mass vaccination sa tulong ng DOH at Olongapo City Health Office.

Kabilang aniya sa mga nabakunahan ay kanilang mga doctor, nurses, medical technicians at  iba pang frontline health workers na nasa priority list ng DOH.

“This wouldn’t have been possible without the DOH placing our frontliners on the priority list and we thank Health Secretary Duque and Region 3-DOH Dir. Cesar Casion for that. We also thank Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. as it is the Olongapo City Health Office that administered the shots,” sabi pa ng opisyal.

Dagdag pa ni Eisma inalok pa ni Paulino na maisama ang mga residente ng Freeport sa vaccination program ng pamahalang-lungsod.

“I am so happy that we are taking a whole community approach to the Covid-19 problem and I’m certain that when neighbors band together, they can do things better and faster,” sabi pa ni Eisma.

Samantala, inanunsiyo ni Eisma na pinaghahanda na ang ikakasang mass vaccination program para sa stakeholders sa Subic Bay Freeport sa tulong ng DOH, Subic Bay Freeport Chamber of Commerce (SBFCC), at SBMA Employees Welfare Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SBMA-EWMPC).

Una nang pinuri ang SBMA sa ginagawang pagharap sa pandemya simula pa noong Marso, partikular na ang istriktong pagpapatupad ng safety protocols kayat nagpatuloy ang mga negosyo sa loob ng freeport.
