DOH, magdadagdag ng hotlines sa One Hospital Command

Inihayag ng Department of Health (DOH) na bumuhos ang natatanggap nilang tawag sa hotline ng One Hospital Command kasunod ng pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa.

Sa press briefing, sinabi ni Health Undersecretary Leopoldo Vega na mula sa 66 average calls noong Pebrero, umaabot na sa 300 ang natatanggap na tawag kada araw.

“We are swamped with many calls and we don’t have the technology of call forwarding,” pahayag nito.

“So sometimes, ang ano namin, cellphones, they keep on ringing because it takes time for an agent to provide the medical directions,” paliwanag pa nito.

Kasunod nito, gumagawa na aniya ng paraan upang mapagbuti ang serbisyo ng One Hospital Command sa pamamagitan ng pagdadagdag ng linya.

Sa huling tala ng DOH, nasa 693,-48 na ang kaso ng COVID-19 sa Pilipinas.
