Nagpositibo sa COVID-19 si Abra Rep. JB Bernos.
Sa Facebook, sinabi ng kongresista na Miyerkules ng umaga (March 24) nang matanggap niya ang resulta ng kaniyang RT-PCR test.
Asymptomatic si Bernos at nakasailalim na sa home quarantine.
“It is unfortunate that despite following strict protocols, I have contracted the virus due to numerous unavoidable commitments,” pahayag nito.
Hinikayat naman ng mambabatas ang lahat ng nagkaroon ng exposure sa kaniya sa nakalipas na mga araw na obserbahan kung makararanas ng sintomas at sumailalim sa pagsusuri.
Dagdag pa nito, “I ask for your prayers not only for me but for our entire country facing this pandemic, that the virus may be eradicated soon so that we can return to be in the service of our fellow Filipinos.”
