Sa press briefing, sinabi ni Vega na kailangan nang dagdagan ang ipinatutupad na minimum public health standards.
“You have to enhance it eh, if there is a double masking, you have to double mask,” pahayag nito.
Aniya pa, “You have to do all of the things that the minimum health standard requires and plus the executive power of the local government units to provide iyong tawag nilang granular lockdowns or zonal containment because this is very effective.”
Ani Vega, malaking tulong ang mahigpit na pagpapatupad ng mga local government unit ng mga hakbang upang matiyak na hindi kumakalat ang virus sa mga komunidad na kanilang nasasakupan.
Kailangan aniyang gawin ang minimum health standards ‘individually’ dahil isa aniya itong ‘individual responsibility.’
“For me, ang minimum health standards dapat i-enhance na natin individually kasi this is an individual responsibility, this is a shared responsibility in individual change of behavior and we have to enhance what we are trying to do now so that on our end, as an individual person, we contribute for the common good of the community,” saad ni Vega
Maliban dito, inirekomenda rin ni Vega ang mas maayos na ventilation at personal hygiene.
