P500,000 halaga ng shabu, nasabat sa Bohol; Drug suspect, timbog
Humigit-kumulang kalahating milyong piso ang nasamsam ng mga awtoridad sa Tagbilaran City, Bohol Miyerkules ng gabi (March 10).
Sanib-pwersa ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at Philippine National Police (PNP) sa ikinasang buy-bust operation sa bahagi ng Purok 8, Barangay Tip-Tip bandang 6:45 ng gabi.
Nagresulta ang operasyon sa pagkakaaresto sa drug suspect na si Franklin Solijon Rollinas, 30-anyos na residente ng nasabing barangay.
Nakumpiska kay Rollinas ang tatlong packs ng hinihinalang shabu na may bigat na 75 gramo at may estimated market value ng P510,000.
Nakuha rin sa drug suspect ang ginamit na buy-bust money at iba pang non-drug evidence.
Mahaharap si Rollinas sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
