“Ngayon, ang aming tinatrabaho dito, iyong Moderna which is with the private sector diyan sa atin. We have already concluded the agreement, iyong supply na lang ‘no. We’re threshing out the supply kung kailan nila puwedeng i-deliver itong Moderna. Ito iyong medyo katumbas ng Pfizer and we’re hoping that we will have the first deliveries by either end of May or early part of June, iyan ang tina-target natin,” pahayag ni Romualdez.
“And then of course, hindi naman sabay-sabay lahat iyong 20 million na ibinibigay natin sa Moderna, almost half of that will go to the private sector and their employees, malaking force iyan; and then the other half will go to our health workers, to all other or the rest of the Filipinos that would be receiving the Moderna; to the LGUs and other entities there in the Philippines,” pahayag ni Romualdez.
“So, we are confident that all of these things will be coming, definitely within the next second half of this year. We will be expecting these vaccines coming from the United States arriving,” pahayag ni Romualdez.
