Aprubado na ang United States government ang paggamit ng single-dose na COVID-19 vaccine ng Johnson & Jonhson.
Sa anunsyo ng US Food and Drug Administration, pinayagan ang emergency use authorization ng bakuna para 18-anyos pataas kasunod ng endorsement ng panel of outside expert ng ehensya.
