Senyales na ng pagiging desperado.

Ito ang sinabi ni Senate Minority Leader Frank Drilon kaugnay sa alok ng DOLE sa United Kingdom at Germany na dadagdagan ang pagpapadala ng mga Filipino nurses sa dalawang bansa kapalit ng COVID-19 vaccines.

“It’s a sign of desperation. Ganito na ba tayo kadesperado?” tanong ng senador.

Pagdidiin pa niya, ang ‘palit-bakuna’ na alok ng DOLE ay maling polisiya at nakakabahala.

Dagdag pa niya, ang Filipino health workers ay hindi bagay na maari na lang ipagpapalit.

“Hindi po kasama sa mandato ng DOLE ang ‘palit bakuna’. Our focus should be on protecting the rights and welfare of our overseas Filipino workers especially during these trying times,” sabi pa ng senador.
