P22.09 million inilaan ng DSWD sa mga nasalanta ng bagyong Auring
Naglaan ang Department of Social Welfare and Development ng 22.09 million standby fund at stockpiles para sa mga nabiktima ng bagyong Auring sa Caraga region.
Ayon kay Social Welfare Secretary Rolando Bautista, kabilang na rito ang food at non-food items.
Sa ulat ni Bautista kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa Tandag, Surigao del Sur, sinabi nito na may nakahanda na ring hygiene kits, family kits at iba pa na ipamimigay sa mga nasalanta.
Dagdag ng kalihim, may 459.8 million na quick response fund ang DSWD sa Central Office sakaling kapusin ang QRF sa field office sa Caraga DSWD Office.
“In addition, Mr. President, 3,658 families will be provided with 3,000 per family for cash assistance with a total worth of 10, 974 — ah 10.9 million initially intended for the victims of Tandag, Surigao del Sur and for the 673 totally and partially damaged houses initially assessed. For those totally damaged, they will be provided with 30,000 each. For the partially damaged, they will be provided with 15,000 each,” pahayag ni Bautista.
Pagtitiyak ni Bautista, may sapat na pondo at suplay ang pamahalaan na ipang-aayuda sa mga nasalanta ng bagyong Auring.
