Status ng impeachment complaint laban kay SC Justice Leonen inusisa sa Kamara

Kinuwestyun ni Anakalusugan Partylist Rep. Mike Defensor kung ano na ang estado ng inihaing impeachment complaint laban kay Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen.

Sa sesyon ng Kamara, sinabi ni Defensor na lagpas na sa itinakdang 10 session days para mai-refer ang impeachment complaint sa Committee on Justice.

Paliwanag naman ni Senior Deputy Majority Leader Boying Remulla, dalawang beses pa lamang nag-adjourn ang Kamara at nasa third session day pa lamang sila.

Tiniyak din ni Remulla kay Defensor na agad aaksyunan ang impeachment complaint sa takdang oras.

Magugunitang inihain ng isang isang Edwin Cordevilla na Secretary General ng grupong Filipino League of Advocates for Good Government o FLAGG noong December 7 ng nakalipas na taon ang impeachment complaint laban kay Leonen.

Si Ilocos Norte 2nd District Rep. Angelo Marcos Barba naman ang nag-endorso ng impeachment complaint.
