Ibinasura ni Zambales acting provincial prosecutor Jose Theodoro Leonardo Santos ang kasong inciting to sedition na isinampa ng National Bureau of Investigation sa isang public school teacher dahil sa pagpo-post sa social media na magbibigay ng pabuya ng P50 milyon sa sino mang papatay kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ayon sa desisyon ni Santos, walang probable cause ang isinampa laban kay Ronnel Mas.
Inaresto si Mass noong Mayo 2020 dahil sa post sa Twitter.
Bigo kasi ang NBI na makapagpresenta ng testigo na si Mas ang nag-tweet.
Ayon sa prosecutor, hindi napatunayan na authenticated at verified ang post sa social media.
