P38.4-M advance payment ng Manila LGU sa AstraZeneca, nai-release na
Ini-release na ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ang P38.4 milyong pondo bilang advance payment sa AstraZeneca para sa 800,000 doses ng COVID-19 vaccine.
Ayon kay Mayor Isko, ang naturang halaga ay 20 percent na advance payment sa British–Swedish multinational pharmaceutical company na AstraZeneca.
“Parating na ang bakuna pero hindi pa rin tayo dapat maging kampante,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.
“Let’s keep practicing the health protocols mandated by the Department of Health and let’s keep refining our mass vaccination simulation exercises,” dagdag ng alkalde.
Malaki ang pasasalamat ni Mayor Isko sa national government at pinayagan ang local government na makabili ng sariling bakuna.
Sa ngayon, nasa 88,000 na residente ng Maynila ang pre-registered na para sa bakuna.
