Hold Departure Order, inilabas laban kay Sen. JV Ejercito
Naglabas ang Sandiganbayan ng Hold Departure Order o HDO laban kay Senator JV Ejercito at limang iba pang dati at kasalukuyang opisyal ng San Juan City.
Sa dalawang pahinang kautusan ng Sandiganbayan 5th Division, inaatasan nito ang Bureau of Immigration na mahigpit na ipatupad HDO laban kay Ejercito.
Gayundin kina Former City Administrator Ranulfo Dacalos, Treasurer Rosalinda Marasigan, City Attorney Romualdo Delos Santos, City Budget Officer Lorenza Ching at City Engineer Danilo Mercado.
Sina Ejercito at mga nabanggit ay nahaharap sa kasong technical malversation dahil sa illegal use of public funds.
Nag ugat ang kaso sa umano’y diversion ng 2.1 million pesos na calamity funds ng pamahalaan ng San Juan, bilang pambili ng high powered firearms para sa PNP San Juan noong 2008 o alkalde pa si Ejercito.
