Ilang stranded na indibidwal sa Palo, Leyte inilikas ng PCG
Inilikas ng mga tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ang mga stranded na residente sa Palo, Leyte.
Ito ay dahil abot bewang ang tubig-baha sa bahagi ng Barangay Libertad, araw ng Miyerkules (February 10).
Kasunod ito ng paghingi ng tulong ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) matapos makatanggap ng ulat na hindi bababa sa 16 katao ang nangangailangan ng agarang evacuation support sa nasabing barangay.
Agad namang nag-deploy ang Coast Guard Station Leyte at Coast Guard Station Tacloban ng kanilang response teams.
Ligtas namang inilipat ang mga apektadong residente sa Palo National High School na nagsilbing evacuation center.
