Inilunsad ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ang “MayniLOVE” sa Mehan Garden sa Maynila.
Ito ay bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng buwan ng mga puso o Valentine’s event ngayong Pebrero.
Ayon kay Mayor Isko, layunin ng local na pamahalaan na matulungan ang mga maliliiit na negosyante na makabangon sa pandemya sa Covid 19.
“We’re trying to do our best to generate sales, to generate businesses, so that we can protect whatever is left with regard to jobs or create more jobs. Whether it is temporary or permanent opportunity for every Manileño, we will do so,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.
Makikita sa Mehan Garden ang 35 booths na nag-aalok ng candlelight dining experience with pianist and violinist, scented candles, photobooth, at bulaklak.
“In our own little way, with the help of our vice mayor, Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna, the members of the city council, and the department heads, and sa ating mga kasamahan manggagawa ng pamahalaang lungsod, magtutulong-tulong kami upang mapalakas ang negosyo, upang mabuhay ang negosyo, upang mamaintain ang negosyo,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.
Hindi ang aniya pagpapakita ng pag-ibig ang alok ng Mehan Garden kundi ang matulungan ang mga negosyante.
“Enjoy the atmosphere. Enjoy the season. Enjoy the love. Show love, not hate,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.
Aabot sa 200 trabaho ang nalikha sa MayniLOVE event.
Bukas ang MayniLOVE mula Pebrero 1 hanggang 15 mula 4pm hanggang 11pm araw-araw.
