Tim Yap at 32 pang bisita sa Baguio party, nagbayad na ng tig-P1,500 multa
Nagbayad na ng multa si events host at social media personality Tim Yap dahil sa paglabag sa COVID-19 health protocols nang magdaos ng birthday party sa Baguio City.
Ayon sa Baguio City Public Information Office, nagbayad nang tig-P1,500 si Yap kasama ang asawa ni Mayor Benjamin Magalong na si Arlene Magalong, aktres na si KC Concepcion at 30 pang bisita sa kontrobersyal na birthday affair na ginanap sa The Manor sa loob ng Camp John Hay.
P1,000 ang multa dahil sa paglabag sa hindi pagsusuot ng face mask (Ord. 45-2020) at P500 sa kabiguang pagsunod sa physical distancing (Ord. 46-2020).
Nagbayad din ang The Manor ng kabuuang P9,000 multa; P1,000 para sa paglabag sa Ord. 45-2020 Face Mask Ordinance, P3,000 sa paglabag sa Ord. 46-2020 Physical Distancing Ordinance, at P5,000 sa Ord. 53-2020 New Normal Operation for Business Establishments.
Nagsumite rin ang pamunuan ng hotel ng liham sa City Permits and Licensing Division kung saan inilahad na susunod sila sa health protocols.
Bahagi ito ng requirements bago muling mag-renew ang kanilang business permit.
