Simula sa Pebrero 1, isasailalim na sa general community quarantine ang Metro Manila.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, ito ang napag-desisyunan ng Inter-Agency Task Force.
Bukod sa Metro Manila, nasa GCQ rin ang buong Cordillera Administrative region hanggang sa Pebrero 28.
Kasama rin sa GCQ ang Batangas province, Tacloban City, Davao City, Davao del Norte, Lanao del Sur at Iligan City.
Nasa modified general community quarantine naman ang ibang lugar sa bansa.
