Mayor Benjamin Magalong nagbitiw bilang tracing czar
Nagbitiw na bilang tracing czar kontra Covid 19 si Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong.
Pero ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, hindi tinanggap ng National Task Force against Covid 19 ang pagbibitiw ni Magalong.
Nanatili aniya ang tiwala at kumpiyansa ng NTF kay Magalong.
“We confirm that Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong tendered his resignation as the government’s Tracing Czar. Mayor Magalong’s resignation, however, has not been accepted. He continues to enjoy the trust and confidence of the leadership of the National Task Force against Covid 19,” pahayag ni Roque.
Nabatikos si Magalong matapos dumalo sa birthday party ng social media personality na si Tim Yap sa Baguio City.
Napansin ng mga netizens na hindi sumunod sa itinakdang health protocols kontra Covid 19 si Magalong pati na ang iba pang mga bisita sa birthday party.
