CA Justice Jhosep Lopez, bagong justice ng Supreme Court

Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Court of Appeals Justice Jhosep Lopez bilang bagong justice ng Supreme Court.

Ito ang kinumpirma ni Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea.

Si Lopez ay dating konsehal at chief prosecutor ng Maynila.

Pupunan ni Lopez ang nabakanteng puwesto ni Associate Justice Priscilla Padilla na una nang nag-retiro.

Nagtapos si Lopez ng abogasiya sa University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City noong 1984.

Si Lopez ang kukumpleto sa 15-man high court.
