Duterte, Go nagpa-rehistro na sa National ID System

Hindi nagpahuli si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa pagpaparehistro sa Philippine Statistics Authority para sa National Identification System.

Mismong sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang ginawa ang pagpaparehistro ng Pangulo.

Base sa photo release ng Palasyo, makikitang kinunan ng biometric information ang Pangulo.

Pagkatapos kunan ng biometric, nag-thumbs up pa ang Pangulo.

Kasama rin sa nagpa-rehistro sina Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea at Senador Bong Go.

Nilagdaan ng Pangulo ang Republic Act 11055 o Philippine Identification System Act noong August 2018.

Layunin ng batas na magkaroon ng single national ID ang bawat Filipino at resident aliens.
