Humirit si Senador Juan Miguel Zubiri na kailangan nang seryosohin ang pag-modernisa sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

Ito ay dahil aniya sa mga trahedya na maaari namang maiwasan.

Nitong Sabado, January 16, bumagsak ang isang huey helicopter ng Philippine Air Force sa Bukidnon.
